Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods for shipments to be dispatched.
Domestic Shipping within Greece is carried out by ELTA Courier at a flat rate of 5euros per order. Estimated delivery time is one working day after dispatch date. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and do not take into account possible delays caused by external factors or stock availability. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.
International Shipping is carried out ELTA Courier. Estimated delivery time is one (1) to five (7) working days after dispatch date. When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail from our customer service specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status. In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier company.
Taxes & Duties
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page. Greek VAT will be applied to orders dispatched within the European Union. Most countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price. If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. For countries outside of the European Union prices are exempt from VAT and do not include import duties, which must be paid upon delivery.
You may exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. To exchange an item, simply print and fill in the online return form existing at our website and indicate at the “Reasons for Return” field, that you wish to exchange it for a different size. Then sign it and enclose it in the return package. You should return the items within 7 business days with all of the barcode tags intact. The items should be in their original packaging. All returns must be made by courier companies and delivered to our headquarters. We reserve the right to refuse returns sent by post. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. We make quality control in order to guarantee that you receive our products in excellent condition, however since your order is travelling a long way to get to you, we suggest that you check your item(s) as soon as you receive it and notify us within two (2) days of receipt in case you realize any irregularities or damages, as to ensure a hustle-free replacement. After this time window, we cannot accept the faulty item(s).
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in its original condition within 7 business days of receipt. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. In case the original payment method was “Cash on Delivery” a bank account should be provided in order for the refund to be possible. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for pre-orders. Please also note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. To request for a refund, simply fill in the return form that you will receive with your delivery package and indicate at the “Reasons for Return” field, that you wish a refund. Then sign it and enclose it in the return package. You should return the items within 7 business days with all of the barcode tags intact. The items should be in their original packaging where you should also sign and enclose the signed return sent to you along with the initial parcel.
