Payment Methods
Credit/Debit card
You can easily pay for your order by credit or debit card (MasterCard, Visa).
Following your choice to proceed to payment through debit or credit card, you are automatically transferred to a protected online environment controlled by Winbank, which guarantees the safe processing of your transactions.
Apple pay/Google pay
You can easily pay for your order using your Apple Pay or Google Pay account, depending on your device. The transaction is processed in Viva Wallet's safe environment.
IRIS
You can select payment through IRIS. In this case, please open your bank's mobile banking application and scan the QR code. Once you have completed the payment, you will be automatically redirected to NR website.
Alternatively, you can select your bank and you will be redirected to the bank's secure e-banking environment where you will complete the payment with a credit transfer from your bank account.

Klarna
You can complete the payment through Klarna, benefiting from the installment program that Klarna provides to its users.

Please note that payment is only debited from your card at the time of dispatch. All transactions on this website are processed in a secure host environment. For eventual refunds, you must indicate a bank account. If you place your order through Viva, the refund will be deposited directly into your bank account.
Pre-Order Payment
*All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform "epay e-Commerce" of Piraeus Bank, which uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128 bits (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
You can pre-order a selection of products before they reach the boutiques. They will be conveniently delivered to the address you prefer as soon as they are available in our stock. If your order includes both products that are already in stock and pre-order items, the products will be shipped at two different times, but you will only be charged once for delivery. You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as we ship your parcel. If an item reserved by the client does not arrive, the client will be informed and a refund will be issued. The credit card will be charged on the date that the order is placed.
