I forgot my password! What am I supposed to do?
No need to worry! Fill in your email in the field "Forgot your Password?" and click "RESET THE PASSWORD". You will immediately receive in your email an automated email that will allow you to log in to your account and change your password. In any case, if you forget your password you do not need and should not open new account as you will lose all your information and nadiarapti.gr will treat you like a new customer.
Do I need to have an account to place an order online?
You do not need to have an account to place an order. However, the benefit to creating an account is you can securely save your addresses, payment options and wish lists for quicker checkouts in the future and see your past order history.
How do I know that my order was completed successfully?
Once you complete your purchace, you will receive a confirmation via email which will containt your order number and details. Once your order is shipped, you will a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number.
How can I return a product?
In order to return a product, find the form in your delivery package and fill in all the necessary fields. Then sign it and enclose it with the item you would like to return. You should return the items within 7 business days with all of the barcode tags intact in their original packaging.
Do you make money refund?
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in its original condition within 7 business days of receipt. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. In case the original payment method was “Cash on Delivery” a bank account should be provided in order for the refund to be possible. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for pre-orders. Please also note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. To request for a refund, simply fill in the return form that you will receive with your delivery package and indicate at the “Reasons for Return” field, that you wish a refund. Then sign it and enclose it in the return package. You should return the items within 7 business days with all of the barcode tags intact. The items should be in their original packaging where you should also sign and enclose the signed return sent to you along with the initial parcel.
