Shipment Information

Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods for shipments to be dispatched. 

Domestic Shipping within Greece is carried out by Geniki Taxydromiki Courier at a flat rate of 5euros per order. Estimated delivery time is one working day after dispatch date. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and do not take into account possible delays caused by external factors or stock availability. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.

International Shipping is carried out by FedEX. Estimated delivery time is one (1) to five (7) working days after dispatch date. Shipment Tracking

When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail from our customer service specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status. In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier company.

Payment Methods

Credit/Debit card

You can easily pay for your order by credit or debit card (MasterCard, Visa).

Following your choice to proceed to payment through debit or credit card, you are automatically transferred to a protected online environment controlled by Winbank, which guarantees the safe processing of your transactions.

Apple pay/Google pay

You can easily pay for your order using your Apple pay or Google pay account, depending on your device. The transaction is processed through the safe environment of Viva Wallet.

IRIS

You can select payment through IRIS. In this case, please open your bank's mobile banking application and scan the QR code. Once you have completed the payment, you will be automatically redirected to NR website.

Alternatively, you can select your bank and you will be redirected to the bank's secure e-banking environment where you will complete the payment with a credit transfer from your bank account.

Klarna

You can complete the payment through Klarna, benefiting from the installment program that Klarna provides to its users.

Taxes & Duties

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page. Greek VAT will be applied to orders dispatched within the European Union. Most countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price. The following countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis:

If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. For countries outside of the European Union prices are exempt from VAT and do not include import duties, which must be paid upon delivery.
