Exchanges

You may exchange items for a different size; however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. To exchange an item, simply complete the return form and indicate in the “Reasons for Return” field that you wish to exchange it for a different size. Please sign the form and include it in the return package. Items must be returned within 14 business days with all barcode tags intact and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns sent by post. The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. For your protection, we recommend sending the parcel using a delivery service that insures the value of the goods. Returns are free of charge only within Greece when shipped via Geniki Taxidromiki. If you choose to use a different courier service, the return shipping costs will be the sender’s responsibility. For international purchases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender. We carry out quality control to ensure that you receive our products in excellent condition; however, since your order travels a long distance to reach you, we recommend that you check your item(s) as soon as you receive them. Please report any defects or damages within two (2) days of receiving your order. Claims reported after this period cannot be accepted.

Refunds

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in its original condition within 14 business days of receipt. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please also note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. To request a refund, simply fill in the return form that you will receive with your delivery package and indicate at the “Reasons for Return” field, that you wish a refund. Then sign it and enclose it in the return package. You should return the items within 14 business days with all of the barcode tags intact. The items should be in their original packaging where you should also sign and enclose the signed return sent to you along with the initial parcel.
